30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original, unused condition
  • Be in their original packaging with all tags, accessories and documentation included
  • Not have been assembled, installed or used
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used or assembled prams, car seats and strollers
  • Opened breast pumps and nursing accessories
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@borninluxury.co.za with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorisation and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service

Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Defective or incorrect items: Born in Luxury will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, size or product, please contact us at info@borninluxury.co.za. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
