Returns & Refunds Policy

At Born in Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Products

We accept returns on new products only. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Defective & Non-Defective Returns

We accept returns for both defective products (items that arrive damaged or faulty) and non-defective products (items you no longer want or that don't meet your expectations), provided they are returned within the 30-day window in original condition.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or colour, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

All returns must be sent by mail. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@borninluxury.co.za or WhatsApp us at +27 65 670 0548 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipping label. We recommend using a tracked courier service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exception: If an item arrives defective or incorrectly supplied, Born in Luxury will arrange and cover the cost of the return shipping.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees on any returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@borninluxury.co.za. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following the returns process above.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, assembled, or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as mattresses and car seat inserts that have been opened may not be eligible for return unless defective.
