Free Nationwide Delivery
Born in Luxury offers free standard delivery on all orders to any address in South Africa. No minimum order value required.
Delivery Timeframes

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Courier Partners
We ship via reputable South African courier services including The Courier Guy, Aramex and Dawn Wing. The courier assigned to your order depends on your location and availability at time of dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. You can also contact us at info@borninluxury.co.za for a status update.
Large & Bulky Items
Prams, travel systems and other large items are delivered via a dedicated courier service. Delivery may require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at your shipping address.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Born in Luxury cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.
