Born in Luxury is a South African retailer of premium baby and nursery products. We operate online at borninluxury.co.za.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a dispatch notification.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Payment

We accept all major South African payment methods. Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. We use secure, third-party payment processors and do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

We offer free nationwide delivery across South Africa. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, please contact us immediately.

8. Warranty

Products sold by Born in Luxury are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. We are happy to assist facilitate warranty claims where possible.

9. Consumer Protection

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa are not limited by these terms. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the CPA, the CPA prevails.

10. Limitation of Liability

Born in Luxury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.

All content on this website including text, images, logos and designs is the property of Born in Luxury or its licensors and is protected by South African copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
